Pretty sure this one is the oldest movie on my list, but that won’t stop it from being a beloved comedy. And my dad is actually the one who introduced it to me, with its explanation of “logic” being one of his favorite scenes ever.

These days, when people say “Monty Python”, this is usually the first thing to come to mind. Despite doing numerous other movies and television shows, this is quite easily the work that most actors from Monty Python get remembered for. And with its ridiculous set pieces such as the giant wooden rabbit, eccentric characters like Sir Lancelot and his murderous “idiom”, and quotable one liners like “It’s only a flesh wound,” why wouldn’t this be remembered? I mentioned in my previous post how some movies have special features upon their DVD release; this one had, among other things, an entire musical number remade in LEGO bricks!
